The coffee arrived as ordered. Delivery was prompt given the Australia Day public holiday. Quality as usual.
My only complaint is the choice in box sizes. As the coffee is not available in local supermarkets (Sale Vic) I order a 6 month or so supply. Last year I could order 6 boxes of 100. This year those boxes are only available to wholesalers. I rang and asked if possible could I order the 100s. I was told this was impossible.
Thus I had to order 6 cartons of four packets. Although the cost differrence is not great at a few cents per bag, it does add up, as does the extra packaging. Companies often proclaim their "green" credentials then do things like this to undermine them.
When you can't get to the Cafe, these coffee bags are an excellent alternative and a delicious way to imbibe the life giving taste of coffee!
